Tigsy, LLC ("Tigsy" or "We" or "Us") collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and/or request or offer services through an application or website made available by Tigsy (each a “Site” and collectively "Sites"). A person who registers with Tigsy for the purpose of requesting services is referred to herein as a "User" and a person who registers with Tigsy for the purpose of offering services is referred to herein as a "Service Provider". Each service requested, purchased, received, or provided through a Site is referred to herein as a "Service." This Privacy Statement ("Statement") applies to each User and each Third-Party Provider and to any information collected by Tigsy in connection with registering with Tigsy and/or using an application or website made available by or through Tigsy.

By accessing and/or using the Sites, you agree to the terms of this Statement. We may change the terms of this Statement from time to time. We will notify you prior to the effective date ("Effective Date") of a revision to the Terms of this Statement. If you continue to access and/or use the Sites after the Effective Date, you agree to be bound by the revised Statement. The Terms in effect at the time that information is collected, used, or disclosed will govern such use, collection, and disclosure, as applicable.

Collection of Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us such as when you create or modify your account, request a Service, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with Us or communicate information to Us. This information may include: name, email, phone number, postal address, profile picture, payment method, items requested for delivery services, and other information you may provide. The information we collect (collectively, "Information") includes the following:

• Location Data:

  When you offer or request a Service, We collect precise location data about the User and Third-Party Provider. If you permit the Tigsy app to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile operating system, We may also collect the precise location of your device when the application is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

• Contact Information:

  If you permit the Tigsy application to access the address book on your device through the permission system used by your mobile platform, we may access and store names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our Services and for other purposes described in this Statement or at the time of consent or collection.

• Transaction Information:

  We collect transaction details related to your use of our applications, websites, and Services requested, offered, received, and provided, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, distance traveled, and other related transaction details. Additionally, if someone uses your promo code, we may associate your name with that person.

• Usage and Preference Information:

  We collect information about how you interact with our applications and websites, preferences expressed, and settings chosen.

• Device Information:

  We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.

• Log Information:

  When you interact with the Services, we collect server logs, which may include information like device IP address, access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crashes and other system activity, type of browser, and the third-party site or service you were using before interacting with our Services.

• Important Information About Platform Permissions:

  Most mobile platforms (iOS, Android, etc.) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. And these platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. The iOS platform will alert you the first time the Tigsy app wants permission to access certain types of data and will let you consent (or not consent) to that request. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the Tigsy app seeks before you first use the app, and your use of the app constitutes your consent. Sometimes these permissions require more explanation than the platforms themselves provide, and the permissions we request will change over time, so we've created these pages to serve as authoritative and up-to-date resources for our users.

Information We May Collect From Other Sources:

If you choose to link, create, or log in to your Tigsy account with a third-party payment provider or social media service, or if you engage with a separate application or website that uses our application program interface or an application program interface used by Us, We may receive information about you or your connections from that site or application. If you also interact with Us as a Third-Party Provider, we may combine or associate that information with information we have collected from you in your capacity as a User.

Use of Information by Tigsy:

We may use the information we collect for our internal business purposes such as data analysis, audits, developing new products, enhancing our Sites, improving our services, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, providing customer and technical support, authenticating users, sending product and promotional updates and administrative messages, conduct data analysis, and sending or facilitating communications between Users and Third-Party Providers.

Disclosure of Information:

We will disclose the following to a Third-Party Provider to whom you send messages through the Sites: a User's name; email address; photo (if you choose to provide one); location at which services are requested; and average ratings given by Third-Party Providers.

We will disclose the following to a User to whom you send messages through the Sites: a Third-Party Provider's name; email address; photo (if you choose to provide one); and ratings and reviews by other Users.

We may disclose Information to third parties as follows:

• With vendors, consultants, marketing partners, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
• To detect, prevent or otherwise address actual or suspected fraud, security or technical issues, and to verify your purchase to payment accounts used to pay a Third-Party Provider;
• Through a partnership or promotional offering made by a third party or us;
• With third parties with whom you choose to let us share information, for example other applications or websites that integrate with our Site or an API used by US;
• In response to a request for information by law enforcement officials, government authorities, or other third parties if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or is otherwise required by, any applicable law, regulation, or legal process;
• To law enforcement officials and/or government authorities if we believe your actions are inconsistent with our Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tigsy or others;
• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, consolidation or restructuring, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by or into another company; and

By using the Sites and submitting any Personal Information, you consent to the transfer of Personal Information to other countries, which may provide a different level of data security than your country of residence provides.

Social Sharing Features:

The Sites may integrate with social sharing features and other related tools which let you share actions you take on our Services with other applications, sites, or media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the social sharing service. Please refer to the privacy policies of those social sharing services for more information about how they handle the data you provide to or share through them.

Analytics and Advertising Services Provided by Others:

We may allow others to provide analytics services for us, to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet, and to track and report on the performance of those advertisements. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, SDKs, and other technologies to identify your device when you access one of our Sites and/or request, receive, offer, or provide a Service.

Forums and Profiles:

We may make available through the Sites certain services such as message boards, chat functionality, and profile pages to which you may be able to post information. Any information you provide in connection with such services may become public, and may be available to visitors to the Sites and to the general public, including but not limited to ratings and reviews. We urge you to exercise care when deciding to disclose Information on any of the Sites.

Changing Personal Information:

You may review, correct and/or update certain elements of your Personal Information by adjusting your preferences in the "My Account" section of tigsy.io. We are not responsible for altering personal information from the databases and/or other records of third parties with whom We have shared Information.

Location Information:

We request permission for our application's collection of precise location from your device per the permission system used by your mobile operating system. If you initially permit the collection of this information, you can later disable it by changing the location settings on your mobile device. However, this will limit your ability to use certain features of our Services. Additionally, disabling our app's collection of precise location from your device will not limit our ability to collect your trip location information from a Driver's device nor our ability to derive approximate location from your IP address.

Promotional Communications:

You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from Us by following the instructions in those messages. If you opt out, We may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, about Services you have requested, or our ongoing business relations.

California Privacy Rights:

California Privacy Rights. If you are a user of the Sites and a California resident, California's "Shine the Light" law (California Civil Code § 1798.83) permits you to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information regarding our disclosure of your Personal Information (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If this law applies to you and you would like to make such a request, please submit your request in the manner described in the next section, titled "Contact Us."
